You may have read here that one of my goals this year is to make the Angelus part of my 5th graders' day. But I don't want them to merely memorize it (although that would be awesome, too). I want them to understand it and see how it is a statement about a core belief of our faith, as well as a request for intercession in our day-to-day lives.
Cue a mini book to tuck in their desks, which we will be pulling out to use just before lunch. They now have the text right in front of them, as well as some pictures, definitions of hard words, Scripture references, and other info. Handy dandy, and would make a great addition to a notebooking project or prayer journal!

Awesome. Thank you. We just started praying this every day when the Angelus bell rings at church.
ReplyDeleteI just found this on Pinterest. I love it. We say it every Friday at our homeschool co-op during adoration. If love to use it with my class, however, when I try to print it out comes out with the words blacked out. Can you help me?
ReplyDeleteHi Cheryl! So glad you would like to use it, and sorry your having trouble printing. We're the words blacked out when you tried to open it or tried to print it? I've checked, and everything is ok on my end. Do you have a pdf viewer on your computer like Adobe Acrobat? You'll need something like that if you download and print. Otherwise, you can try and print straight from google drive by opening it with lumin pdf. Can you let me know what what step the problem occurred so I can try to help? You also are welcome to email me at looktohimandberadiant (at) gmail (dot) com and I can send it directly to you which might help. Thanks!
